Miso Ginger Marinade

A simple, savory marinade with an Asian inspired flair! Perfect for fish, steak, chicken or even vegetables!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp miso paste Shiro
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • cup oil
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp gochujang chili paste fermented chile paste concentrate
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar or honey

Instructions
 

  • Whisk all ingredients together in mixing bowl.
  • Add your protein or vegetables of choice, cover, and let marinade in refrigerator for anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours!
